How soon will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 3–5 days of purchase, excluding Sundays. If an item requires additional production time, that will be noted in the product description.
Do you take custom orders?
At this time, I’m not accepting fully custom orders. Woodburned and hand-painted items are sold as shown. Some 3D-printed items may be offered in alternate colors when specified on the product page.
How should I care for my boards, coasters, and bookmarks?
Charcuterie boards: Wipe clean; do not soak or place in the dishwasher. Reseal as needed with a food-safe oil.
Coasters: Water-resistant, not waterproof. Wipe spills promptly and do not soak.
Bookmarks: Keep dry when possible and wipe clean gently if needed.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Why am I being charged sales tax?
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout as required by law.
Can I pick up my order locally?
Not at this time. All orders are currently shipped.
Food Allergy Notice
Snacks are commercially packaged and may contain, or be processed in facilities that handle, common food allergens. If you have a food allergy, intolerance, or dietary restriction, please select a non-food substitute. I do not offer allergen-safe snack customization and cannot guarantee against cross-contact.
Will I know which book I’m getting?
No—that’s part of the masquerade. You choose how you want to be matched and give me the information I need to curate your box. The book remains a surprise until it arrives.
What if I already own the book you choose?
If you provide an owned-book list through the Library Guarantee and I overlook a title you clearly listed, I’ll cover return shipping for the duplicate and send you a replacement.
Will an Annalise VanGallows book appear in a regular Masquerade box?
No. My books are only included when you specifically choose A Masquerade with Annalise. Regular TBR and Full Masquerades are curated independently.
