Q: How soon will my order ship?
A: Most ready-to-ship items leave my hands within 2–3 business days. Custom or made-to-order items (rare!) may take longer—see the product description for details.

Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: At this time, woodburned and hand-painted items are only available as shown. 3D-printed items may have some color flexibility—feel free to ask!

Q: How should I care for my board/coasters/bookmarks?
A: Charcuterie boards: wipe clean, do not soak, reseal as needed with any food-safe oil. Coasters: waterproof but not for direct food use. Bookmarks: treat with love and keep dry, but are waterproof as well.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is weight-based and auto-calculated at checkout. I offer media mail where possible for books, and pack everything with care.

Q: Why am I being charged tax?
A: State law requires me to collect sales tax for orders shipped within South Carolina (currently 8%).

Q: Can I pick up my order locally?
A: Not at this time—online only
